Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items not eligible for return include:

Used, damaged, or altered products

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request.” Include your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (if applicable) or a refund confirmation will be sent (depending on your country’s cash-on-delivery process).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
